  • How does it work?
  • It’s very easy! After you’ve placed your PurpleCV order we’ll start work right away, and we guarantee we’ll complete it within the agreed turnaround time.

    If you don’t have an existing CV then we’ll give you a call within 24 hours of placing your order to collect all the necessary information. For any order your writer may contact you to discuss things further. All our CVs are delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF format.

  • What information do I need to provide?
  • If you don’t already have a CV we’ll get in touch to ask you about your work experience, education and other relevant information within 24 hours of submitting your order. If you already have a CV you’ll be asked to upload it during the ordering process.

    For all orders, we’ll ask for basic personal information so that we can contact you and send your order back by email. We’ll also require your address in order to put this information on your CV and to send a copy pack to you (if you order one).

  • What are PurpleCV’s prices?
  • Our prices are extremely competitive. We’ve seen other companies charging £100 plus for an early career CV, which is completely unnecessary. With our CVs starting at only £25, you can be confident that any order with PurpleCV is priced fairly and realistically.

    For an extra charge you can add services to your order such as a LinkedIn profile or printed CV copies. There are no hidden charges and all our prices are clearly displayed throughout the process.

  • How long will it take for PurpleCV to complete my CV?
  • Our turnaround times will depend on the type of CV you order. However, for most orders our turnaround time is two days for the first draft of your CV. We’ll state this when you place an order with us.

    If you require a CV or social media profile sooner we offer an express service that means you can get your first draft back within 24 hours.

  • Who will my CV writer be and what relevant experience do they have?
  • We have a number of writers who all have extensive CV writing experience. All our writers are qualified to degree level or equivalent, and have relevant experience in writing CVs in your industry.

    You’ll be assigned a dedicated CV writer who matches your background and CV requirements, and you’ll be able to talk to us at any time using our 24/7 freephone number.

  • When do I pay?
  • When you order we’ll take full payment securely on our website using PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account for this).

  • Do you offer refunds?
  • We can only offer a refund if we haven’t yet begun working on your order.

    We’re confident you will be satisfied with the product or service you receive. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied, you just need to let us know within seven days of receiving your completed order and we’ll work with you diligently until you’re happy with your CV.

  • What is PurpleCV’s 100% satisfaction guarantee?
  • Our CV writers are seasoned professionals and know what a fantastic CV looks like. For this reason, if you’re unhappy with your order, we’ll first talk you through the reasons why your CV has been designed and written the way it has.

    If you’re still unhappy we’ll listen and edit your CV accordingly, provided that you let us know within seven days of receiving your completed order.

  • Are you able to write CVs in other languages?
  • Unfortunately not – we currently only write CVs in English. We can accommodate American English if you require – just ask.

  • Do I need to see you at any point?
  • As much as we would love to meet you in person, we only work over email and telephone. We’ll work with you remotely to achieve your desired result.

  • Can I come back to PurpleCV if I need another copy or to amend my CV?
  • Of course! We’ll keep a copy of your CV on record in case you want us to send it electronically again, or if you wish to make any adjustments. This service is free of charge for 12 months – you just need to call or email us to request it.

    If you wish to amend your CV more than 12 months after receiving your order then please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we’ll happily assist and provide a quote.
