What information do I need to provide?

If you don’t already have a CV we’ll get in touch to ask you about your work experience, education and other relevant information within 24 hours of submitting your order. If you already have a CV you’ll be asked to upload it during the ordering process. For all orders, we’ll ask for basic personal information so that we can contact you and send your order back by email. We’ll also require your address in order to put this information on your CV and to send a copy pack to you (if you order one).

What are PurpleCV’s prices?

How long will it take for PurpleCV to complete my CV?

Our turnaround times will depend on the type of CV you order. However, our average turnaround for most orders is just two days for the first draft of your CV. We’ll state this when you place an order with us. If you require a CV or social media profile sooner we offer an express service that means you can get your first draft back within 24 hours once all the necessary/required information has been received.

Who will my CV writer be and what relevant experience do they have?

We have a number of writers, who all have extensive CV writing experience. All our writers have relevant experience in writing CVs in your industry. You’ll be assigned a dedicated CV writer who matches your background and CV requirements, and if you order a specialist CV, we will choose a writer with significant knowledge of your industry. You'll also be able to talk to us at any time using our 24/7 freephone number.

Can I come back to PurpleCV if I need another copy or to amend my CV?

Our job alerts service is an optional, free service we provide when you order any CV from us. After ordering a CV, you’ll receive an email inviting you to set up your job alerts – this only takes a few seconds. You’ll then start receiving emails at a frequency of your choosing – e.g. daily, weekly, fortnightly etc. – tailored to your industry and the type of role you’re looking for. We believe this free service provides great opportunities you can apply for with your new CV, but there is no obligation to use it. You do not need to set up this service and if you do, you can unsubscribe from the email alerts at any time.

We can only offer a refund if we haven’t yet begun working on your order. We’re confident you will be satisfied with the product or service you receive. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied, you just need to let us know within seven days of receiving your completed order and we’ll work with you diligently until you’re happy with your CV. Should you place an incorrect order – for example, by selecting the wrong type of CV – then we will contact you and arrange for any difference in cost to be settled. Should you not wish to continue at this stage, we will fully refund you.
